free-form, all comers, open discussion about the state of the LEGO
fan community today, as well as an opportunity to help draft an
official proposal to be presented to The LEGO Company regarding the
past, present and future of the brick from a fans point of view.
Discussion will certainly include the World Wide Web and it's impact
on the fan community, the 2002 LEGO toy line and the place of the
LEGO fan community in future events. A unique chance to have your
voice heard.

LDraw.org at BricksWest 2002 Tim
Courtney of LDraw.org will be attending BricksWest and running
multiple event modules related to LDraw and its related software
(editors, viewers, modellers, plug-ins, etc.). Anyone interested in
LDraw applications, tutorials, tips and tricks is invited to join
Tim in the computer lab for LDraw sessions each day of
BricksWest.
LEGOLAND
California Excursion/Mini Land Reception/BricksWest
Luau At noon on
Sunday, February 17, registered BricksWest attendees will be heading
into an exclusive adventure at LEGOLAND California! Fabulous
shopping, rides, shows, games and attractions will be yours for the
taking. While in the park, don't forget to visit the models and
running train layout at the BricksWest Expo in the Pavillion.In the
evening, we will be gathering in Mini Land for an exclusive
BricksWest reception. Then we head to the LEGOLAND Diner to enjoy a
fully catered luau.
BricksWest Expo Attendees
are encouraged to bring their models to display in the Pavillion at
LEGOLAND California. Models of any size and in any theme or genré
are welcome. Our LEGO Train Club sponsors will be building and
running a train/town layout in the Pavillion as
well.

Jackson, author of Evil Stevie's Pirate Game, as he runs action
filled gaming sessions at BricksWest! If you have never experienced
floor gaming, this is a must see...feel free to float your of fleet,
or just join in with a loaner ship or emplacement. A good time will
be had by all!
