INFORMATION-
Registration for BricksWest is now re-open, with a new
pricing scheme to help placate those attendees who are only joining
us for limited days or events. Registration for attendees paying
full registration or those purchasing the Goodies Only or Luau Only
packages seperately will close FEBRUARY 1, 2002 (to allow time to
prepare conference materials). Registration for attendees paying
Conference Only rates (1, 2 or 3 days) will remain open through the
event dates, and may even be paid at the door.
BricksWest 2002 Registration
(Please be

page before completing registration, including the Registration
Terms, Regulations and Conditions section and all
footnotes.)
Each paid full registration
includes:
-3 day full access to all BricksWest events,
conference sessions, tracks and talks.
-One half-day admission to
LEGOLAND California; access to all rides, activities and games as
guaranteed by regular park admission.
-Exclusive LEGOLAND
California BricksWest Reception in Mini-Land, followed by the
BricksWest Luau at the LEGOLAND California Diner.
-Exclusive
event shirt (design to be announced).
-Exclusive engraved LEGO
brick name badge (details forthcoming).
-Cool goodies supplied by

Each paid Conference Only registration includes

NOTE: Of course, your family is
welcome to join you in Carlsbad during the event, but without paid
registration, they will not be able to attend BricksWest sessions or
our exclusive LEGOLAND California events. There are many other
wonderful sights for them to enjoy while you attend BricksWest...see

the San Diego area.
Registration Instructions
Please
complete the following steps to register for BricksWest
2002.

Go to page 2 of the Adobe Acrobat document to find the registration
form.
3) Either:
A) Complete the form in Acrobat Reader
(following the instructions in the file), or print the form and fill
out by hand. Mail your completed registration form to: BricksWest
2002, Post Office Box 1292, Santa Maria, California 93456-1292. Once
received, an e-mail will be sent to confirm your registration, and
arrange payment as necessary.
Payment Options: You may include
payment by check or money order [5] or indicate on the registration
form that you wish to pay by credit card or with your bank account
via PayPal. If using PayPal, a request for funds will be sent to the
e-mail address indicated on the registration form for the total
registration amount due.

4) On or about February 1,
2002, your registration will be re-confirmed via e-mail or regular
mail. This confirmation will be your ticket to admission at
BricksWest 2002. You will be reminded to print a copy of the e-mail
or bring your confirmation letter with you to the
event.
Registration Legal Statements And
Restrictions
-As
BricksWest is a completely volunteer-organized event, your
registration fee covers event costs only. Hotel lodging, travel
costs, food (except the BricksWest Luau) and other expenses are not
included in your registration, and must be arranged
separately.
-You will not be considered registered for BricksWest
2002 until both your registration form and registration fee are
received by the organizers. If your registration fee is paid by
check, you will not be considered registered until your check has
cleared the bank. We reserve the right to deny any incomplete or
fraudulent registration, and will refuse any registration funds
related to such.
-REFUNDS: Requests for refunds of registration
fees will be honored until February 1, 2002. AFTER FEBRUARY 1, 2002,
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, REGARDLESS OF YOUR ATTENDANCE. In the
unlikely event of complete cancellation of BricksWest 2002, your
full registration fee will be refunded to you by March 1,
2002.
Registration Footnotes
[1] The
Conference Only rate is applicable to all attendees age 10 and up
who wish to pay their attendance piecemeal/on a daily basis. There
is no applicable discount to this rate for families or
children.
[2] To
qualify for the Special Family Discount, additional attendees must
be members of your immediate family (i.e. spouse, parent, child).
Proof of relationship may be required to secure the discount.
[3]
Attendees under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied and chaperoned at
all times by a paying adult. Proof of age may be required prior to
registration or attendance. Childrens registration applies to
attendees ages 10-16. Attendees under age 10 are free of charge, but
are still required to be chaperoned by a paying adult at all times.
Children under age 10 will need to order the BricksWest Goodies and
Luau packages seperately to receive/attend these special
packages.

[5] Payment by check or money order MUST be made
payable to "Matthew Gerber" with a notation or memo stating
"BricksWest 2002". If you have any questions about how to complete
this payment, please e-mail registration@brickswest.com, or call
toll-free (866) 422-8993 before sending payment. Payments received
with errors will be returned. SEND NO CASH. Cash payments received
will be returned via registered mail minus applicable shipping and
insurance fees-no exceptions.
